NaNoWriMo Times Eight

Welcome to November and to Coffee Lunch Coffee’s 8th annual participation in National Novel Writing Month (“NaNoWriMo” for short).  Eight years?  Time sure flies fast!

This year, I’m approaching NaNoWriMo a little differently.  At the advice of my former student and fellow networking enthusiast, Henry Weiler, this year I will attempt to answer one networking question each day during the month of November.

Several of you have already submitted questions.  Thank you!  It’s my hope to get to them all.  For those of you who have not yet contributed, I’d love to hear from you.

In my last post, I asked, “What burning networking questions are keeping you up at night… or at least are mildly on your mind?  What are you wondering about when it comes to professional relationship building?”

As ever, your input is essential!  Please submit your questions to me by commenting below or email me directly at Alana@CoffeeLunchCoffee.com.

And, for those of you who want to get started right away with the Q&A, today’s question is very simple:  Is it appropriate to share your leftover Halloween candy with co-workers, colleagues, contacts and friends in the spirit of networking?  The answer, of course, is of course.

Happy NaNoWriMo!
