Embracing value over price in any situation is a simple distinction that can transform how we think about every exchange in our personal and professional lives. Whether we’re considering a new role, evaluating a business partnership, or investing time in a relationship, understanding the difference between price and value helps us make better decisions and build more authentic connections.

In career decisions, price might be the salary, hours, or stress level of a position.
